Create Excess Portal Account

Please only use this form if your firm is applying for Exces Coverage for the first time.  Renewing firms will have an account.  If you do not know the credentials to access your account, please email excess@osbplf.org. 

In order to begin the application process, please complete the form below to set up an account for your firm. The contact name and email should be for the person who will be responsible for applying for coverage. This form will create a login profile for your law firm’s excess application. Your personal username and password to access the OSB and PLF websites will not change.
